Disappointed with Josh. He issued a competitive quote to us a couple of weeks ago and then effectively disappeared. He mentioned some family responsibilities but when we asked for an updated quote and if we can move forward and lock the rate on the same day once we accept the quote, he disappeared completely - no replies for the last 10 days.
