I have used this company for several years, and found them to be wholly professional, knowledgable with decades of experience in this field. I would consider any fee I have paid worth every penny. They have achieved fantastic mortgage rates for me even on challenging applications. Responses are prompt and emails to the point. The whole of my experience with mortgage help UK was a disaster , AVOID AT ALL COSTS .They told me my credit rating was poor so I only had one choice of lender , which I accepted without questions, this was my first mistake. We then submitted all wage slips and explained that we were currently employed via a agency, the broker stated this wouldn't be a issue Due to our employment being with the local council.
