I would not recommend this mortgage broker. After we submitted an offer on a home, communication was extremely poor. Emails and phone calls from me went unanswered. He did contact my spouse once, but unfortunately, we found the conversation to be very inappropriate and unprofessional. This is the worse mortgage broker there is in the area he will sink you just to look after himself. He will take your commission and spend it at a adult bar as he has with our $$$ and sunk us like titanic on a warm night
