The worst service that I could ever get. My husband and I got 2 rejection from 2 different banks for home loan and our broker was Derek. He made it very difficult for us to get a home loan. We approached a professional broker and he got our home loan perfectly.
My sister and I have just got our first investment property. Derek has been on our journey with us though the whole long, and sometimes frustrating process. I had tried to get a property before but was knocked back each time. Derek never said we couldn't do it. Never once was there a negative response. He kept us informed and was always a phone call away if we didn't understand something.
