If you need mortgage / financial advice, you MUST use Mark Dickety at Charters. The most helpful, prompt and efficient man in the business! Always answers the phone quickly, chases everything up so nothing is waiting, answered all my questions 10 times over - a pleasure to work with, making the first time buyer path that bit smoother and easier to navigate. *First time buyers* I could not recommend DONNA HAYES Mortgage & Protection Adviser enough! She has taken the extra time and guidance to ensure we understand the first time buying process making everything as simple as possible. I have had constant updates to ensure I am aware of where we are in the process. My other half is self employed and she found the best deal for our mortgage with that in mind which can be a difficult task in itself.

Thanks so much to Steph and colleagues at the Winchester branch for taking on my case last minute. It was a difficult case with my lender pulling out last minute and leaving me in the lurch, with the added difficulty of my unusual work situation. Would highly recommend Charters especially to first time buyers or those with non-standard incomes. Thanks again for your hard work!
