This is a scam. I saw the guy outside my house yesterday and he was stopping at every house on the street. I think he was taking photos. I saw him when I got home from work at my house that is not abandoned. I just had the lawn mowed! The phone number they left on the notice claiming it was for my mortgage company is the wrong phone number. There are 70+ complaints about them on the BBB. This company changed my locks on my property without my permission and they also came into my house and stole some items!!
Their workers on 10/25/25 stole valuable items that are grand theft (over $750 value) and $800 crab iron table for one! From a non abandoned house that was being tended to and we are pressing charges against the company and the workers who came to the house of 1562 Ibis Drive Orange Park FL 32065. Be prepared for a lawsuit, you should not have thieves working for your company we have proof of value and proof of the items stolen from the house. If you want to do contracting work for 1980s price scale look no further. They have not raised allowable prices in 30 years. I am currently looking for a lawyer to sue them for employee misclassification. If you are an attorney and would like to help please contact me.
