If you decide to go with this lender which I do not recommend. Go over your paperwork line by line! Watch hidden built in cost. I told the loan officer lock me at 6.5 she told me I was ridiculous for wanting to lock at 6.5. by the time my house was done being built rates were high 7s. I was going to back out because of the rates and I didn’t realize what points were and how much she made me pay in points because she wouldn’t lock when I requested.
