I’ve been going to Steve for my home loan services for around 4 years, and I have never been more disappointed. Steve and his team made refinancing unnecessarily complicated and rarely seemed to have the customer’s best interests in mind. Important details were often overlooked, and getting clear answers to questions felt like a chore. Based on this experience, I will not be continuing to deal with Steve and his team for the remainder of my home loan.
