The mortgage broker says that I will have I am not welcome on the island from BC. This company is obvously not patriotic and feels that if you didn't grow up on the island, your not welcome. Lack professionalism and decide who lives on the island and who doesnt.. i thought all canadians were welcome everywhere in the country. These people don't.
Steve was amazing to work with. He was quick to respond with emails or call backs. He kept us informed the entire time. The process was so easy for us and we will definitely being going back to Steve for our future purchases.
