David and his team have been absolutely amazing! We've had issues that were beyond our control and David was always on top of it! Always responsive to our questions! It doesn't take days to get an answer, he's very responsive and if it wasn't him, Stephanie was right there to pick things up. Thank you so much to a wonderful team!

I bought my 5th house with the help of David Andre. Having been through the process 4 times, I thought I pretty much knew it all. Surprise - I didn't! David gave me answers to questions I didn't know to ask about. He was also proactive and contacted me just before signing to verify that I had mortgaged enough - David kept an eye on me. I would definitely use David Andre again if I decide to buy a 6th house!
Steph was amazing every step of the way! She really helped put us at ease through it all and kept everything on track for us! Would recommend her anytime!
David Andre promised to help us with a mortgage. After receiving all of the information then told us we needed to put money down on a property which we did. Then to find out on the day of closing that he hadn't done any work whatsoever towards the mortgage. The man is a liar and lazy I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy.
