This is our second? Or third time? Working with Maurizio and team. It is always a pleasure working with Maurizio and team. On this occasion, we ran into a hurdle with the first lender, but Maurizio was super helpful to assist us with finding an alternate lender that would work with what we were planning. Discussing the structure of the finance was also important and Maurizio was considerate of our situation, and managed to agree with the lender a slightly modified structure that was more suitable for us. They carefully stepped me through all processes, followed up on each step with reminders and suggestions, negotiated best rate and amount from several banks and recommended why I should consider one over another.
