Collin was extremely helpful right form the start of our home building process. Our mortgage and building process was a little "trickier" then most due to some changes along the way but Collin was there every step of the way laying out all of our options and kept in good communication with my wife and I. He was never pushing us to use his services, he was just very honest and wanted my family to do what was best for us. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a conventional or draw mortgage.
My partner and I used Collin for our first mortgage and I can’t say anything but amazing things! The process was very seamless even with a tight timeline he made it happen. We had tonnes of first time home buyer questions and he communicated well, made us feel great about all decisions. Would highly recommend :)
