We were very dissatisfied with the customer service from Bank of America. Always unresponsive to simple requests. We continually had to reach out to others to get the answers to questions and prompt them to do their jobs. I looked into BofA because I read positive feedback, but now I see all the negative reviews they receive. Hindsight is always 20/20.
