My last review was directed to the Ventura branch not Oxnard Jennifer and Jessica (bank tellers) treated me like family! Was in and out under 15 mins After a horrible experience at the Ventura bank of America I recommend this branch to all do not I repeat DO NOT! go to the Ventura branch the manger David is very rude and disrespectful and honestly does seem to know how to do his job made me wait over a hour to cash a check to tell me he couldn't cash it cuz of my I'd when ever other bank of America has no issues with it
