One of the most understaffed Bank Of America I have been to. Simple withdrawal takes 30+ mins at 3 pm on Tuesday. The branch manager just sits on her chair, no greetings and doesn’t even offer to help……Poor Customer service The tellers are kind and nice. They offer to help but it’s clear they are over worked.
