Nobody at the reception desk half the time. Was informed there's a minimum two week wait if you want a security deposit box drilled out. Pretty pathetic that they don't have one person on the premesis that can't use a hand drill. Also, BofA has been caught red handed multiple times in the past selling customer data, creating fake customer accounts, etc. best to bank with almost anyone else.Â
