really bad experience, avoid this branch, avoid the banker Cristian Gomez Sierra. I scheduled a Friday 1:00 PM appointment at Bank of America to open a Merrill Edge account for me and a checking account for my wife. On Thursday, banker Cristian Gomez Sierra called to move the appointment to 1:30 PM. When we arrived on Friday, staff told us he wasn’t in that day. No one contacted us about this further change.
