I'll blame the top management. 1st, there are only 4 people working at the bank during business hours...the 2(?) tellers are overwhelmed with people waiting on-lin e. 2nd, people in management positions are arrogant and too condescending with customers who ask for assistance on confusing details on their accounts...they wave us off to the ATM outside by telling us that the the ATM will fix our problem. The B of A should hire more people...all customers are equal.
