Very disappointed with this Bank of America branch. I waited a long time while one employee was talking about personal life with a customer for over an hour. Another employee was just sitting there and not helping anyone. Meanwhile, about 7 people were waiting outside with no support or explanation. This is very unprofessional and shows poor customer service and bad time management. Customers should not have to waste their time because staff are not doing their job properly.
