Recently the Castumer service of Bank of America in Texas is very poor and to save money they don’t hire enough employees so that is seriously effect their clients interest and comfortably, to call the Castumer service you have to be waiting on hold more than one hour it is ridiculous. Ps if you have a business account with Bank of America and you looking for merchant service my advise go with any company except the one who’s Bank of America dealing with because they’re a 3rd party very pricey and non professional be a ware ... read more
