Forget this bank! Three different arms and all broke!! Been with this joke of a bank for 30 years times to say goodbye!
This is by far the worst Bank of America I have ever been to and I have been to Bank of America's all over the U.S. from DC New York Florida Northern California Colorado and many more. They have the worst customer service and the longest wait time I have ever seen. the workers are incompetent Bank of America should really get rid of this Branch or fire everyone there and get new employees! Note I have been to this branch at least once a month for the last year. But no longer I will never step foot in there again!
I bought 2 truckload loads in one month, and I wired money from this Branch 2 time each time the money was not sent, many times I contacted to the saler and shipping company, they told me they didn't receive the money, after 3 days I come back to the bank and told them about this problem, They told me, oh this is our system problem, Sorry, the money is not sent, now we try to send it again, Some time I wired the money from bank of America branch on Flatcher Park way, they are working hard and I don't have any problem with th... read more
