Stay away from this location. The banker named Shane is very rude. It would not assist me in anyway saying it’s too late in the day to help you. I am very surprised Bank Of America would have employees that are disrespectful to their customers and fellow colleagues. Hopefully the branch manager is aware of the situation.Â
They have one teller, and a guy takes people behind you in line and interrupts the teller while she is helping you and has the teller do their transaction and they leave before you. The teller was so embarrassed she apologized several times for the wait. How is that possibly helping the line go faster. Get more tellers.Â
