Ms. Gonzalez was very pleasant and extremely helpful. She was able to assist me in solving a rather complicated matter. The two tellers were welcoming and also did a great job. Mr. Morales, Asst. Vice President and Financial Center Manager, even came from his office to meet me and to ensure my needs were handled to my satisfaction. It was a very happy experience; I plan to open an account there in the near future!
