This is the worst bank of anerica have ever seen. The manager of this branch should be changed, he has low knowledge and was very rude. I visited this morning and had a request. The person who calls himself the manager bothered me a lot and had a very negative view of the customer and talked to me like a liar, and he said that my documents were incomplete, so I had to go to another branch and my work was done within five minutes.
