There is an employee his name Maurice or something close, he needs to work on his customer service skill because he is rude with the customers. I withdraw money and I tried to count the amount, he talked wanted me to move from the desk and count which I didn't feel safe to do it because it will give others customers to see me when I count. I've been at that branch many times and he never changed his attitude.
Bank of America is all ready the worst bank but this branch takes it to a whole new level. If there was a way to to give negative stars I would. They literally are holding my son's paycheck hostage since we won't pay the "fee" or sign up with an account. My neighbor has also had nothing but issues with them. Please avoid at all costs.
