I had a great experience with both Stefano and Jayson...they are wonderful to deal with...I am very happy with the outcome...truly a new learning curve for me and they helped out so much...cheers!!
Great working with Farid Sepehra. Very knowlegeable broker, disciplined and gets the financing done effeciently and effectively.
They are scam artists! Do not sign with them. They are scamming rhe system by using appraisers that over value your your home value to get you into lenders like CMI that will take all of your money. These people are the worst of the worst and should be arrested. I have filed with the fsra. An agent by the name of farid along with mosin are scam artists. A complaint with the fsra is being filed.
Farid Sepehra was incredible during our mortgage renewal. He communicated in a quick, timely manner and ensured everything closed smoothly and on time.
Stefano and Jayson went above and beyond to help my family through a tough situation, they worked tirelessly day after day to save our house. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone.....what a great Team!!!
