Found this company advertising on Facebook with LTV loans of 85%, so it peaked my interest. Our first discussion I was advised by Alix Azadi this was not possible...fair enough. Kinda feels like a bait and switch but we continue to move forward. Over time I collected all the required information and we had a home appraisal completed. The worst company to work with, could not approve me due to no lender being interested in the property but instead of denying my file dragged me for months and ruined everything. Don't even bother going to this company.
