I can’t recommend Rishanth enough. From start to finish, he was knowledgeable, responsive, and completely transparent throughout the entire mortgage process. Wow wow wow.... sneaky sneaky, not truthful with alot of things they said to me and my wife. They say one thing and paper would say another.timing was always off, did not seem to care about me and my wife at all. We were just a meal ticket. Would give negative 5 stars if could.lie about everything they say!! Please go somewhere else and avoid this disaster, they can't give a truthful date what so ever!!!!! We contacted Rishanth with very short notice to arrange a mortgage. Rishanth was extremely pleasant, professional, a great listener and addressed all of our concerns, as well managed to arrange the best possible mortgage for us. As questions and obstacles arose Rishanth resolved them quickly and effectively. We would highly recommend working with Rishanth for mortgage needs and plan to do so ourselves in the future.
Do not deal with this company. Bait and switch at its finest,and you wait weeks for no reply. You(the home owner) pays for the appraisal and your property but you do not get a copy of your info and your home after you paying for it so you don't go somewhere else. Bad business. Reported to BBB as useful practice is never followed here
