I would not recommend Mortgage Architects or Denis ever in my life!!!
I wouldn't recommend it to anybody. The service was horrible, didn't meet expectations!!!!
My experience is similar to another review. Got preapproved no problems and was sent information that my mortgage was approved and would get a letter to sign. Followed up with no response 16 days later. Called Dennis to see if the person i was working with was even employed there anymore. Ended up with "I'm busy good luck". The broker was Preston Brockie. Turns out I find out yesterday two weeks before my possession date that there is no lender secured and today I am left scrambling to find a new lender. They were not bother... read more
