John and his team were nothing but helpful with the first-time house buying process. John was available to answer texts, emails, and phone calls, and get back to us within a reasonable amount of time, including later in the evenings after work and weekends. Amazingly, we went from househunting to closing in about 5 1/2 weeks! He also helped us refinance at a lower rate 2 1/2 years after helping us purchase the house. My wife and I recommend John!
