Im severely disappointed in with Mortgage America for lack of transparency and inability to close. If my next offer comes through and theyre financing with Mortgage America, I will be extremely hesistant and may even say no until they switch to a new lender. I had a buyer for my home. They asked 6 weeks to close. We were going to close Tuesday.
