Rang saying they had 100% spoken to me about my mortgage and I was due a saving. Funny that considering I don’t have a mortgage at my house! Scam wanting nothing but my details.
If they can continue to contact me year in year out.... I will report you for harassment. Last year after you trying to offer me a mortgage with my own lender for a higher price to get your commission out of me I wouldn't touch you with a barge pole. Despite me telling you to remove all of my contact numbers from your system you still persisted to call me last year. Low and behold same time this year your contacting me again!!! Stop harassing people.
Never again! They left me in a right mess after telling me it was all sorted. Can never get hold of anyone and now approaching a second month on variable rate. I do all the work and they take the fee! Not even a sorry or a token of good will to apologise.
I have had a good experience dealing with Mortgage Advice Services they explained everything very clearly and if I wasn’t sure of anything all I had to do was call nothing was to much trouble.They explained each step precisely and everything went along very smoothly from start to finish . I would definitely recommend and if need be use them again .
Cold calling is not allowed under FCA guidelines, yet they continue to ring and ring and ring. When you politely challenge them on why they are cold calling they either get argumentative or simply hang up.
