Excellent friendly but professional service for my remortgage provided by Luca and Karolina. Process effectively dealt with removing the stress and any queries dealt with quickly.
Worst company to deal with as an ex employee, trying to get any response from head office is an absolute farce, they say they will return your calls ASAP, but never do, I call and they can not put you through to the person that is dealing with the enquiry, so overall, really bad service, and no way of getting any answers from them at this point in time, It has taken 3 weeks so far for any form of response and still none forthcoming, if this is the state of the admin for employees and ex employees, I hope it is better for pay... read more
