Kelly was amazing! Great service, museum was cool and the Big Ugg Boot photo was worth the stop!
Staff not terribly friendly, efficient, yes and knowledgeable. Great products there.
I have shopped here twice now purchasing a long pair of sheepskin boots and a pair of lambswool insoles Absolutely the best available if a cold footed person
Poor quality. My slippers wore out in 6 months - took them back to the store in Thornton who were very rude and told me it was a ‘wear issue’. I may as well have bought slippers from Kmart if I wanted some trash that I would need to replace again in 6 months.
