Don’t buy! The sheepskin of my slippers went bald after very little wear. I contacted Mortels and was told it wasn’t a sheepskin issue,it was my fault as I probably scrunch my toes. Really Mortels?
Love my new uggs! Knowledgable staff, delicious cafe too. Love the history of the store and factory and they they were the ones who fought to keep UGG not trademarked in Australia.

Second visit to Mortels Cafe recently and just as good as the first. Great atmosphere, a solid menu with plenty of options, and the staff are always wonderful and welcoming. Such an easy, reliable spot will definitely be back.
