I feel like this is the most important of all the reviews I've ever wrote. I was arrested in a completely unconstitutional case. Joe charged me $3,000 to represent me. He told me he was going to obtain the body and dash cam footage. Then file a motion for suppression. He never obtained the footage. He just pushed me into a plea deal. I ended up doing 4 weeks in jail. I called Joe every day to find out what was going on. He never took my calls. I had heard about Joseph Morse for years before retaining him and he was consistently described as an attorney who would fight your case if possible, and if not, secure a fair and reasonable outcome. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that reputation. To be clear, I do not believe Mr. Morse lacks intelligence or legal skill.
