I am so glad this service exists. We have had some hiccups but overall it's been so helpful and has allowed my daughter to get to her doctor appointments and classes. Everyone in the dispatch center has been extremely patient and friendly. I have to call them a lot for scheduling.

drives me crazy that their drivers don't know where a parking spot is instead they block the entrances to buildings cause they don't want to park and wait for customers
