I followed her suggestions and followed up with her appointments. Mary Jo has been amazing to work with over the last 6 years. When I first started meeting with her I could barely function due to severe symptoms of menopause and tons of stress. After bloodwork and discussing all of my issues, she came up with a plan for HRT, supplements and self care that worked wonders! I am so thankful to her for giving me my life back.
