Mary Jo has been managing my hormone replacement therapy for years. It has been a real game changer in my health. She carefully monitors lab work and uses an integrative approach. Virtual appointments make being seen very convenient. Highly recommend!

I followed her suggestions and followed up with her appointments. However when I went to my general practitioner and had blood work, one of the supplements she had prescribed created some problems with blood levels. Mary Jo has been amazing to work with over the last 6 years. When I first started meeting with her I could barely function due to severe symptoms of menopause and tons of stress. After bloodwork and discussing all of my issues, she came up with a plan for HRT, supplements and self care that worked wonders! I am so thankful to her for giving me my life back.
