I have been using Morrisons for many years and have never been impressed by the service but a recent visit to the Paignton branch was my worst experience in a supermarket ever. I am in my mid-sixties and I am disabled, walking with a stick due to a spinal injury. It's immediately obvious to others that I am struggling. Good service
Update 05/08/2025. After meeting with the store manager and pointing out the issues highlighted, I'm pleased to say that Morrison's have stepped up and undertaken big steps in resolving the issues. I wasn't the only person to raise these issues at Paignton, so collectively "we" have made a difference for the better. The drainage and the front entrance surface has been completely renewed.
