Absolutely love this shop! It’s such a cute boutique with so many unique and beautiful items. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff are incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help. Every visit is a great experience, and I always leave with something I love. If you’re in Golden, this is definitely a must-stop shop. Highly recommend!
My wife and I have always loved visiting the Morrison location whenever we’re in town, so we were excited to check out the new location this past weekend. Unfortunately, our experience wasn’t the same. The employees didn’t greet us when we came in, and they didn’t seem very friendly or welcoming. I come to Golden every year to spend time with my in-laws. We have had great experiences in most places and we were excited to see something new. We walked in and weren’t greeted at all. The girl at the counter just stared at me and watched me the whole time I was in the store and then sent another employee to follow me as well. I wonder why….. By far the best shop in Golden! I loved the morrison location, but they definitely blew it out of the water with the golden location. I could’ve stayed there for hours! The owner, Claire, is very kind and I absolutely love her style and creative eye for all things she picks out to display. Definitely a store you must visit!
I loved shopping at the store when it was located in Morrison, so I stopped by the new location today. The new store is beautiful, clean, and well laid out. However, the customer service wasn't as pleasant as it was at the previous location. The staff could definitely work on being more friendly, welcoming, and attentive to customers. Overall, I still enjoyed visiting the new store and hope the customer service improves to match the great atmosphere.
