I am POA for my friend with Memory Loss. It was a big decision finding a place for her. I am pleased with the attention she is getting there. The staff is consistent , patient and respectful. My friend thinks the staff is her family , which warms my heart. The residents are always clean and well cared for.
I learned absolutely nothing I didn't even get adequate training I'm a brand new Qmap an they had me popping meds my very first day of training for meds. instead of training me properly an they had me pre-popping everyone's meds at once then handing them out. I wasn't show how to properly clean rooms but they expect me to deep clean a room I didn't really get shown where any medical supply's are kept being a Qmap. This is a long overdue review for the excellent staff at Morrison Manor. My Dad spent his final 4 months in hospice care at this wonderful facility. We are so glad we moved him there from a nearby memory care facility that kicked him out for being "too aggressive." As with most memory care residents, my Dad had severe dementia and related health issues that were challenging to work with, but nothing out of the ordinary. This places hires cooks and wants them to be dishwashers too. Wants double the work for half the pay 0/10 management
