Thorough eye exam, and both the eye doctor and his staff explained what equipment was being used and why it was needed. Good selections of frames although I am not an optometrist or an ophthalmologist, but a psychiatrist I trade, I have some knowledge of ocular processing and of structure of the eye and visual processing. I visited Morrison Eyecare for the first time today. I found it to be a pleasant, well run shop. There were some very nice frames to choose from, though not an overwhelming selection. I was greeted promptly and politely. I did not have to wait past my appointment time, which happens at many businesses, and it is annoying and probably due to overbooking to ensure revenue flow. Doctor Morrison is really nice and attentive, and the majority of the staff is as well. However every single interaction I’ve had with Kristen has been extremely unpleasant. She has very bad and energy and she’s rude.
Excellent service, doctor is awesome, very personable. Rare find nowadays. Highly recommend.
