Morrison Consulting is re-branding as Evergreen Tax now that they've ruined this name. Today, 3/12/2019, I picked up my 2017 tax documents to have them completed by a competent organization. We received notice that due to an emergency they had to file an extension. Not a problem, we could wait, emergencies happen. That was April 2018. For several years Morrison prepared my taxes without an issue. When an issue did arrive (something filed incorrectly in 2015 leading to a fine) this accountant chose to ignore it completely. The state revenue department sent me three letters over five months and every time I dropped them off at Morrison Consulting to review and advise on - but they never contacted me. On 11/26/2018, I filed my 2017 taxes snail mail since this outfit couldn’t seem to accomplish the task! Leah was recommended to me by a couple of coworkers two years ago. The first year was uneventful but this last tax year has been unreal! The April 2018 tax deadlines came and went. I was told an extension was filed.
