Most outrageous price markups, wanted 1600$ for a used turbo. When I found where they were sourcing it, and confronted them, they denied it, even though the scrapper confirmed they had called about it 10 minutes earlier. Same mileage and model year... 500$... Asked if unsourced the used turbo, would they install it, they said no. They also wanted an additional 1000$ to install it. Save yourself the headache, go to Nix Garage, Or Anderson Auto. They are willing to do the work and not screw you over.

Tire season is a busy time, and many shops try to squeeze in a lot of work into each day of operation, which works for some, but smaller shops with less staff perhaps should be more conscious of how they operate. I don't run a mechanic shop, but I do run various businesses and understand how to treat a returning customer... I was going to a tourney for my son's hockey and I had shaking when I was on the highway. I stopped with no appointment and they checked my car! They are super nice would recommend
