Not willing to help with taxes/take appointments during tax season I'm confused I thought this was a tax service
I received a notice from the Oklahoma Tax Commission in August of 2025 stating I owed just under $400 in taxes for the 2024 year. I was informed by this tax preparer we did not owe it due to all of our earnings were in Arkansas and not to pay it. They would deal with it. I followed up several times with new notices from the Oklahoma Tax Commission and was informed each time to ignore it and they would reach out to Oklahoma by email to deal with it. Have done business with them for about 15 years and have been very disappointed with the quality of customer service in the last 2 years. Last year my taxes didn't get filed because they did not tell me that they closed at noon and and did not get to pay so they did not file my taxes. Could not get ahold of them in the off season.
