Worst customer service. I had them put a name on a stocking. When they misspelled the name wrong they tried to blame me for it. After trying to calmly talk to the older lady who works there she began to yell at me. After asking several times for them to fix it they finally agreed. They didn't want to help and ended up trying to pay me off.
I came in with a baby quilt to be clean finished around the edges. I was told that it would need to be cut around the edge and round the corners. If your employee was to do it it would cost me over 7.00 an hour. I use to work in a sewing factory so I know that you have machines that clean finish the edges while it sews . I felt like you have all the work you need to keep your company going so I will never be back. I feel bad because you have done may quilts & baby blankets for me in the past.
