Would rate lower than 1 if I could Delivered a USED dirty mattress Delivered a couch that was missing hardware and assembled wrong I would stay away from Morris, Ashley, and Thompson Furniture Stores they are all owned by the same company. But if you want to throw away money this is the right place for you.
Ordered couch,chair & ottoman 2/10/18. Never heard anything for 11 weeks, it had been in,They delivered with out letting us know a time, just showed up at our home, they delivered damaged and missing pieces. I have called multiple times to speak to a manager they will not speak to me or call me back. Per Manager Amanada, "No reason to speak to you nothing I can do for you, you can contact customer service" Very disappointed after spending thousands of dollars. Don't buy leather from Morris and don't buy the extended warranty, it's junk. After 6 months ours started peeling and they refuse to honor the 1 year warranty and will not fix it. Customer service is lousy. Save your money and the head ache.
