PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. VERY POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS, EVEN THOUGH THEY OFFER A WARRANTY IT MEANS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AND THEY WILL DO THE VERY BARE MINIMUM TO HELP, YOU WILL BE WAITING MONTHS FOR A REPAIR. THEY GENUINELY DON'T CARE ABOUT VULNERABLE PEOPLE ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS TAKING YOUR MONEY AND NOT DOING ANYTHING TO HELP IF AND WHEN THINGS GO WRONG, BECAUSE THEY WILL.
Very disappointing. We purchased two, leather recliners with matching footstools. Quite large chairs but only one delivery driver was sent so we had to help him unload them from the lorry. One chair was badly scratched (see photo) although the packaging was intact and showed no sign of damage. So it was clearly wrapped and packed with no attention paid to quality control. Only 2 days from ordering recliner swivel chair to arrive. Had a problem with a part that needed replacing. Phoned up at 9am next day by 11:30am part was delived Fantastic customer service
I was recommended this company by a relative who had also bought a rise and recliner chair. The chair I received was lovely however after a couple of months the footrest developed a fault. My relatives chair is still in perfectly working order so I can only assume that occasionally you’ll get one with a fault.
