My closing was on a Tuesday at 3:00 p.m. I went to my bank a week prior and set up the ability to wire money. On Monday I asked Morris Law to get a final bill and they said they would reach out to the seller. I asked again on Tuesday they were finally able to provide. I saw I owed more than I expected so I had to hurry and find enough money to put into my bank account so that the amount on the bill would be covered. David and his staff did an excellent job in handling the sale of our home. They had to deal with a frustrating buyer and spent much more time than should have been necessary to bring the deal to a close. All along they kept us informed of the situation.
