This is a very BAD place to do property transfer work as my son and I went to see the guy (I don't recall his name) in the office on May 12th, 2021. Since I have owned two properties, so my purpose there was to support his mortgage loan. I was advised to own the property 1% to avoid further tax payment in the future, but this guy did not do as he had promised.
