I paid over 1000.00 for a recliner, I didn't even have it a year before the motor went out, and no parts available for it, the quality of their furniture is subpar at best, if you want quality furniture that will last go elsewhere

3/4 of our orders with Morris have been delayed substantially based on the delivery date given by our sales team. This last delay they didn't even update us on the delivery being pushed back and the time has moved each time we contact them. (Not offering to compensate us for the delay) Be more reasonable with your expected delivery times, so we can make an informed purchase with the correct expectations.
