Sectional was damaged upon delivery and customer service from this store has been everything but pleasant. Even left twist ties all over the floor that one of my animals had gotten into. Edit: Anfal and Chris were able to rectify the situation. Went from 2 to 4 stars.
Last week I called Morris because I was anxious to buy the same chairs that I had bought 7 years ago. I spoke to a gentleman who told me that he would email me the information. I never received an email. I stopped by today and a gentleman took me back to the recliners and I told him I was looking for a toll recliner that didn't Rock sorry everything we have rocks.
