BEYOND FRUSTRATED. In March of 2022, I purchased a couch (& matching loveseat) from the Morris Furniture Store at The Fairfield Commons Mall in Beavercreek Ohio. I purchased their 5 year Premium Protection Plan at that time. One arm of my couch is now wobbly. On 24 March, I walked into the store. The claims people needed a copy of the purchase invoice. The manager and salesperson (Scott and Sydney) provided great customer service during my visit. This is the second occasion in which Scott has provided excellent service. Seek them both for no hassle quality assistance.
