Ordered couch,chair & ottoman 2/10/18. Never heard anything for 11 weeks, it had been in,They delivered with out letting us know a time, just showed up at our home, they delivered damaged and missing pieces. I have called multiple times to speak to a manager they will not speak to me or call me back.
